Terri Germann

Terri Germann is a professional writer and information process consultant who specializes in developing standards and applying processes to new or existing projects and departments. Throughout her career, Terri has focused on quality issues, such as style and content standards, and the use of tools, such as templates, which ensure consistency and expedite the development process. Since 1982, Terri has worked in various aspects of technical writing and project management, providing solutions for Unisys, NCR, Microsoft, CheckFree, Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Edelman Public Relations, and Lockheed Martin Aerospace.

Terri is skilled in Information Mapping, document design, template design and implementation, standards development, process and task analysis, audience analysis, user interface analysis, editing, indexing, printing and production processes, setting up SharePoint repositories, training other writers, and managing teams of writers. She has experience designing, developing, and managing a variety of electronic and printed product information, as well as branding and internal process deliverables.

Terri holds an M.A. degree in Journalism and a B.A. degree in English, both from The University of Georgia. In addition, she has formal training in Information Mapping as well as usability and user interface analysis.
