Jack Massa
Jack Massa is a learning consultant who specializes in making complex information clear and understandable to diverse audiences. Jack has designed, developed and delivered effective training solutions for organizations such as Unisys, The Home Depot, InterCall, Dun & Bradstreet Software, and many others. Jack is skilled at needs assessment and instructional design for different delivery platforms (classroom, online and blended). His experience with E-Learning technologies includes Adobe Captivate, Flash, and Dreamweaver; HTML and JavaScript; and web conferencing and collaboration tools.
Jack holds a Masters Degree in English from the University of Massachusetts. He is certified as a Learning Designer by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and is an Associate Fellow of the Society for Technical Communication.
