We entered the process during development, and consulted with the developers to learn the product. Upon completion of the product, we created screen captures and developed conceptual graphics for use in training documentation and other related materials.

Working with the information designers and usability engineer assigned to the project, we conducted several usability tests on the computer-based training before the application was delivered to customers.
